Cancel Reservation

If you would like to cancel your reservation, please submit the form below. Cancellation fees and refunds will be calculated according to our Cancellation Policy based on your reservation date and the date your cancellation request is submitted. For weather-related cancellations initiated by the guide, please contact us directly.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days before: 50% cancellation fee
  • 3 days before: 70% cancellation fee
  • 1 day before / Same day: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation fees apply to customer-initiated cancellations.

Refund processing may take several business days.

Please note that all refunds are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). The final refunded amount in your local currency may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and your credit card provider's conversion rate.
