Participation Terms

This fishing tour includes outdoor activities in natural environments that may involve inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to, injury, accidents, falls, weather changes, river conditions, transportation delays, wildlife encounters, and other natural hazards.

By booking this tour, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and agree to participate responsibly, follow the guide’s safety instructions, and take reasonable care for your own safety and well-being.

Liability Waiver

The tour organizers, guides, and staff assume no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, illness, or other incident that may occur before, during, or after the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Before your tour, you will be asked to complete a participation form. This form includes your pickup request, emergency contact information, participation waiver, and tour agreement.

The participation form will be provided after booking via the confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days before: 50% cancellation fee
  • 3 days before: 70% cancellation fee
  • 1 day before / Same day: 100% cancellation fee

Weather & Safety Cancellations: Our tours generally operate in light to moderate rain, provided that conditions remain safe for fishing.

However, if the guide determines that river conditions, lightning risk, or severe weather warnings make the tour unsafe, the tour may be cancelled at the guide’s discretion.

Weather-related cancellations initiated by the guide are not subject to cancellation fees.

In such cases, a full refund (100%) will be issued.

Refund processing may take several business days.

Please note that all refunds are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). The final refunded amount in your local currency may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and your credit card provider's conversion rate.
